Our pricing is flexible because we provide many different levels of tiers for your budget and available space in 3 total categories.

1. Operation (Total number of setups available)
2. Tournament Prizes (Prizes available for tournament winners)
3. Keepsakes (Certificates/Trophies available for tournament winners)

You can pick and choose which tiers of services fit your event.

• C Tier Good for events/conventions with 50 to 1000 attendees
• B Tier Good for events/conventions with 800 to 20,000 attendees
• A Tier Good for events/conventions with 20,000 to 80,000 attendees  

We can also offer additional services such as live streaming the tournaments via www.twitch.tv

1 Day Event "C Tier Operation" (12 to 15 stations - recommended minimum space of 2000 square feet)  

• Half Day - $250 (4-8 hours) 
• Full Day - $350 (9-15 hours)

• Half Day - $200 (4-8 hours)

Important Operation Information -

• Events outside of the state of Arizona will include transportation and hotel costs.
• Discounts may be given for non-profit events  

Pricing is negotiable for any of the following reasons:

1. Difficulty of staffing event (ex: High attendance levels in tournaments with limited time)
2. Primary draw of an entry fee event is AZHP's services (In which we'd negotiate for a % of entry fee sales)
3. Event requires us to setup/breakdown/ship equipment each individual day for a multiple day event
4. 24 hour gaming

Tournament Prizes:

"C Tier Prizes"

No Additional Cost - Average of $12.50 per tournament winner
Includes brand new HDMI cables, network cables, VGA cables, DVI cables, LCD screen cleaners etc

"B Tier Prizes"

Additional $100 - Average of $25 per tournament winner
Includes the standard tier prizes plus brand new video games, strategy guides, gaming accessories etc

Important Tournament Prize Information-

Events receive provided tournament organization every 2-4 hours depending on attendance levels, hours of operation, and game popularity
Every tournament will include prizes and keepsake for 1st and 2nd place
Prize tiers do not include additional prizes provided by our partners. These additional prizes are quality high priced items in limited quantity and will be provided no matter which tier is selected but there is not enough to cover all 1st and/or 2nd place prizes.
