Ranbats are coming soon! AZHP Gaming realizes how important Ranbats will be to the community, and is looking forward to providing high-quality events for the new season. We hope to see everyone out, competing and having a good time!

Venue/Organizational Fee*: $5 per player

CoD Tournament Entry Fee: $10 per team of 2 players

(Simplified: Each individual will pay a combined $10 per person) 


*The organizational fee goes towards the venue to help pay for things like AC and toilet paper and to AZHP Gaming to help improve the quality of equipment and future events.



----RanBat Rules-----

Ranbat stands for "Ranking Battle" which is a series of tournaments that each give points to winners that counts towards an overall season. In each individual tournament, $2 of the 2 person $10 team entry fee will go to the overall season's pot and the remaining $8 will go to that particular tournament's pot. At the end of the tournament, the players of the top 8 teams will be awarded points based on the point distrubution listed below and the top 3 teams will win the individual tournament pot. This will repeat for each tournament in the season while players accumulate more points. At the end of the season, the top 5 players with the most points will be the winners of the overall season, be ranked as the best in state, and win the season tournament pot and any additional prizes from our sponsors.

Format: 2v2 Double Elimination (Must lose twice to be eliminated)


Controllers: Wired controllers only! You may either use one of AZHP's custom wired gamepads via Evil Controllers or you may bring your own. Play and Charge kit is not a wired controller. Control paddle mods and trigger stop mods are legal. Rapid fire mods are not legal. Adapters for PS3 controllers are legal.


Headsets: Tritton Detonator headsets will be available for use or you may bring your own. Although we have headsets available for use, it is your own responsibility to make sure you are aware of how the headset system works on LAN/System Link and you have any needed equipment for a daisy chain.






CoD eSports is Enabled so we have access to cast/stream. We recommend you do research on what CoD eSports enables/disables before attending.

Score Limit: Unlimited

Respawn Delay: 5 Seconds

Note: Domination matches will consist of two rounds, one round played from each spawn. Scores will be added together to determine the winner. In the event of a tie in score, the map must be replayed.
